1. Drop-Ship Eligible Products

Some items on this website are eligible for nationwide drop shipping. These products ship directly from the manufacturer.

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@exercisewarehouse.net with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The part number/identification

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Replacement parts will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.


2. Territorial Shipping Restrictions

Many products on this site can only be sold locally due to manufacturer territorial restrictions. These items must be:

  • Delivered and installed by our in-house team, or

  • Picked up from our warehouse at:
    31539 8 Mile Rd., Livonia, MI 48152

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.


3. Order Review & Possible Adjustments

Our website isn’t perfect. Every order is reviewed by a human, and adjustments may be required.

Examples:

  • When buying products from multiple categories, the website may automatically add extra delivery/installation fees. If these fees aren’t necessary, they will be refunded.

  • When ordering multiple pieces from the same category (such as strength equipment), additional delivery or setup fees may be required even if the website doesn’t calculate them correctly.

Any changes will be communicated to you before your order is processed.


4. Returns

Returns are handled case by case and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable.

  • If a purchased item needs to be picked up for return, a pickup fee may apply or may be deducted from your refund depending on the product.
